Her career spans executive roles at global retail brands, celebrity collaborations, and heritage textile partnerships, where she has consistently translated creative vision into commercially successful product at scale.

With a foundation in color, materiality, construction, and a BFA in apparel design from Rhode Island School of Design, Morgan brings a disciplined yet expressive approach to design leadership — balancing aesthetic refinement with operational excellence.

In parallel with her corporate work, she founded 2NDZ, a sustainability-driven label focused on one-of-a-kind upcycled garments, reflecting her commitment to responsible design and entrepreneurial innovation.
