The LoveShackFancy x Pottery Barn collaboration translated the brand’s romantic, vintage-driven DNA into a multi-category home and outdoor assortment. Inspired by archival prints and runway collections, the project required careful print engineering, substrate versatility, and cohesive color integration across textiles, furniture, and performance outdoor materials.

I directed design development and cross-functional execution across all categories, aligning founder vision with production realities. Managing vendor partnerships, timeline milestones, and material approvals, I ensured a seamless launch while maintaining the brand’s signature femininity and layered aesthetic across diverse product formats.
