As design lead for Gap Outlet, I guided creative direction across kids, women’s, men’s, and accessories, overseeing the full seasonal lifecycle from concept to production. Reporting to the division’s general manager, I aligned aesthetic direction with business strategy, driving cohesive product storytelling across a broad retail footprint.
Balancing trend adaptation with value positioning, I collaborated cross-functionally to deliver commercially viable assortments that supported volume growth, margin targets, and brand consistency across stores nationwide.
